Media upload

Music
To upload music from your computer to your profile page just look on the left side of the page.
About half way down you will see an "Add Music" link.
Click on the link and then when you see the "browse" click on it to go to your files
then when you find the file/song you want
just click on it and it will go into the upload bar.

You can also add music from another site.
Just look to the right and follow the directions.
NOTE: Music that you upload from your computer must be in MP3 format.

Video
To upload video, look just below your photo on your profile and you'll see 3 links "photos", "videos", and "discussions".
Click on the video link and when you get to the next page, you'll find the link to add videos in the upper right side.
Then just follow the same directions as used for uploading music.
