nothin sexier than bell bottoms sometimes I found some cool ones in
the Army Navy stores. Also wore the flowers in my hair but was little
than bro and sis used to love dressing me up. Hip hugger bell bottoms
and Heels are now in style again YIPPIE.

Hello Pixie, I sure remember those bells, had a pairs myself. Remember the pleated bells lol. One time I took a pair of jeans cut the bottoms about 6" up from my ankles and crochet my own bells..
They looked really great too, so great I had to make them for all my girlfriends too lol...

Carmella, Don't you wish they would bring back those kind of bells? I used to wear them all the time.

My favorite pair had the bells seperate from the pants instead of shaping the pants leg like a bell they just made regular pants to the knee and sewed on the bell. Those were the biggest bells and the kind Cher wore.

I went to Wisc. to see family and my cousin's boyfriend said "What are you wearing?" I guess they were a little slower in getting the trends back then.

Sorry you missed Woodstock but at least you can say you almost made it. I didn't even know about it until the movie came out.

I was 16 and my husband was 18. Yes I married very young.. Everyone always told us we could be Sonny + Cher Look alikes. I went shopping the week before Woodstock started and brought home a purple outfit with bell bottoms a cut out blouse and a purple floppy hat. We were on are way when we decided to turn back home because of all the traffic. Sorry I missed it, but so happy to be able to remember it all.
