now I could get in trouble. No names mentioned ok. On the road when
I first came here with Country Music Artist well actually two what I didn't know was the coverup for the affair. They get into a knock out
fight on the bus, in Kansas of all places, and stopped the bus put us
all off and DROVE OFF luggage equipment and all. Never got paid and
had to hire someone there TRY AND FIND THAT in the middle of nowhere to get us all back to NASHVILLE! They are still performers,
no longer a hot item, and most of us get that thanks look for staying
mum on the whole thing. The pay would have been nice!
Yep the truth and the whole truth mam or man!

Years ago I was in a Gospel group called TRUTH, out of Mobile, Alabama. We were headed to a gig in a little country church outside of HQ, and we saw a sign on a bridge that warned of w weight limit that we were pretty sure our bus and equipment was going to exceed.

We first tired to cross as is, but we started to hear the cracking sound of wood giving way beneath us so we backed the bus up. We unloaded all the equipment, took our group off, and left the driver on to make a run. We had one of the guys hold the door open so in case the driver had to bail, he could do it and get some help. The bus made the run and when it got half way across the bridge, the same sounds came up but he was too far in to back up so he kept going.

There was a lot of screaming about bailing out, we could all hear it. But the bus kept ramblin' on. The bus and the two guys actually made it across. The bridge was pretty torn up and the guy who was holding the door open got the sloes of his shoes ripped off from being so close to the front tire. But we survived. Just a little roadie story.
