Time of year

It seems like this time of year, I go into a slight hibernation where I really don't want to be around people too much.

My oldest brother died in Feb. both parents died in March. Four friends who were as close as family died in Feb. Two died in March and the list goes on. Almost everyone close to me has died in the first quarter of the year, with the exception of my husband.

It seems that I subconciously miss them. I don't notice that I'm thinking about them but I see no other reason for the melancholy feelings and the sleep disorders at this time of year.

Today, when I woke up after tossing and turning every 10 min. I remember saying to God. "Just take me"

Then I realized that He knows what I'm going through and He will get me through it. He always does.
